Aqualux, a privately owned business backed by LDC (Lloyds Development Capital) and Lloyds TSB, underwent a management buyout in August 2004 to allow the business to continue a programme of ongoing growth and development. Based in Wednesbury, West Midlands, the company employees 240 people.

Aqualux offer a broad and extensive range of shower enclosures, bath screens, steam cabins and shower trays to the domestic DIY, Mail order and Independent distributor markets, as well as overseas markets including Eire, The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Portugal and South Africa.
