Aqualux, a privately owned business backed by LDC (Lloyds Development Capital) and Lloyds TSB, underwent a management buyout in August 2004 to allow the business to continue a programme of ongoing growth and development. Based in Wednesbury, West Midlands, the company employees 240 people.
