1. Do you have a showroom?

Yes: Unit 6 Corporation Yard, Harwich Road, Colchester Essex CO4 3BN

CC Discount is our Showroom and associated company.

2. Can I collect my order?

Yes: Monday- Friday 8:00 am - 5:30 pm

Saturday Collections: from CC Discount Heating 2-4 Harwich Road, Colchester Essex CO4 3BN

Please arrange your collection the day before with our sales team via email.

3. Do you offer a price matching service?

Yes: We aim to price match on a like for like basis of products (inc vat)

4. What is the standard delivery time?
Some goods can be offered on next day delivery, or if palliated goods, between 7 - 14 days, depending on area.

5. Do you have an item in stock?
We keep a vast amount of stock, but we normally work on next day delivery with are wholesalers, meaning that all orders are dispatched within 2 - 5 days. (Unless the order is a special).

6. How much is delivery?

This will depend on the area you live, when you place an order the delivery cost will automatically appear.

7. Do you have a telephone number I can call you on?

You can contact us Monday – Friday between 8:00am - 5:30pm on 0871 288 7578.

8. How do I return an item?

9. Do you offer any coupons or vouchers?

Contact our sales team for special promotions - sales@tradeplumbing.co.uk.

10. Where is my order?

Once your order has been processed you can track your Consignment via our courier company web site.

11. Do Tradeplumbing offer discounts for multiple purchases or high value orders?

Yes: always contact our sales team to discuss discounts on large orders.

12. What happens if I have ordered the wrong item?

If you have ordered the incorrect item, just contact our sales team who will be only to happy to help with any concerns you may have.

13. Can you send me a brochure?

As we are an internet based company all our products are listed on our web site, if you do not find what you are looking for just contact our sales team via email who will be able to assist you.

14. How do I cancel an order?

Just contact our sales team via email who will cancel your order and refund your card.

15. Where can I find dimensions for a product?

When you have found a particular product, but not the dimensions, email us for further details and we'll be glad to find them for you.
