As per telephone conversation this morning I would like you to pass on my thanks to your Company and especially you for dealing with my order so quickly and efficiently. As I said we have had a lot of new furniture etc., delivered to us from various Companies but have also had a lot of trouble of people not getting back to me via e-mail but especially phone calls. One Company I had to phone about 10 times before I was able to get any satisfaction, I was most displeased. So as I said it was so nice to receive phone calls from you helping me with my enquiries and this was done so promptly. - Well done. Anyway I would have no problem in dealing with your Company again, and would certainly pass on to anybody my recommendation.
