About Cashback Sites and Voucher Code Sites

We offer incredible deals on the prices of bathrooms and heating products. We do everything we can to make our products easy-to-find in Google. We therefore believe that it is unfair to give a further discount on our products as our margins are already very tight. The level of customer service we provide, along with the care taken to pack and ship the products means that we have to be very careful with where we advertise.

If we were to offer discount vouchers or cashback via cashback websites to our customers who use these services, we would have to put the overall price of all our products up. We don't think this is fair to the majority of our customers who find us through natural Google search.

So, for the time being, we have decided to eschew the cashback and voucher method of advertising, concentrating more on quality content for our visitors. If you are a genuine content affiliate or comparison shopping site webmaster, we need you! We hope you understand our position. Naturally, we will be reconsidering this as the affiliate scheme progresses.

An important note about Value Added Tax (VAT):

We have altered our system to comply with the changes to VAT from 1st December 2008. Our shopping cart is designed in America and as a result, we have lots of custom coding that makes our cart work with the UK tax system. We are having problems changing the VAT on the product listing pages only.

The prices you currently see on every product page include VAT at 17.5%, but when you reach the checkout, your products will be charged to you at the new rate of 15% and your savings WILL be passed on to you. We're sorry for any confusion this causes. We are looking to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
