They may have been so by the person who originally fitted the bath and the plumber I had may have just followed how he had done it. Probably the hot tap was on the right. - The driver was very helpful and he and I inspected the outer packaging which showed no sign of damage. Have checked the boiler and accessories and all seems well to me. I found the web site easy to manage even though I am a computer illiterate !! and ordering was simple and precise. I had a call after ordering in which I mentioned radiators and again on the Monday asking if I wanted any radiators as they could be processed with the boiler. So all in all I think you are doing things right as you seem customer focusssed which I like and would have no hesitation in recommending you to others.

I have spoken to the plumber who informed me that the boiler was installed and working - I think we can therefore say it was not damaged! Onto the shopping experience. Have checked both radiators - all seems ok - certainly no delivery damage. They won't be fitted for a while so here's hoping they will be in good working order when the time comes. Hi there, I received my shower this morning. I have unpacked it and everything appearts to be in order. I have to commend the staff at trade plumbing especially Karen who was extremely helpful in sorting the delivery form me.
