Step 2: Once you have clicked on the yellow button at the top of your internet explorer you will see a drop down banner, left click and press "install Activex controller"

Once you have done that, it will then come up with an install button, click on that.

Step 3: Once you have clicked on the install button, it will then start to download Adobe PDF Reader, once that has been done you are now ready to use. Go to your desktop and a red icon will be there. Double click and it will now open.
