All acrylic sheets used by Trojan come with a confident 25 year guarantee. We use only the highest standard of raw materials sourced predominately within the UK. Only 5mm and 8mm acrylic sheet is used in the manufacturing of our baths. This sheet is tested and passed to both BS7015 and EN263 standards and where relevant our baths meet and exceed the British Standard (BS4305) confirming our commitment to offer quality and value.

All 5mm and 8mm baths enjoy a high specification of glass fibre polyester resin reinforcement mix and each fitting pack supplied contains fittings that are simple to install and provide excellent support.

Acrylic has many positive attributes that make it ideal for manufacturing baths. Acrylic allows itself to be moulded into many shapes giving many possibilities for varied designs, an attribute that enables us to manufacture baths with design and function working in harmony. Acrylic is warm to touch and retains the water heat thanks to its natural insulating properties. Enabling you to relax and unwind for longer. The natural gloss is cast all the way through the acrylic resulting in a product that is smooth and ever so easy to clean. Acrylic does not promote the growth of bacteria or support a build up of dirt enabling you to clean your bath with a soft cloth and some warm soapy water.
