This item will be sent to you via APC overnight.

APC overnight is a 24 hour courier, we partner with APC for the delivery of medium sized goods direct to your door. APC will require a signature on receipt of your goods.

For customers in England, Wales and lower Scotland, this item will be sent on a next working day service. Delivery times are between 8am and 6pm.

For customers anywhere else in the U.K and Ireland, this item will be sent on 2 working day service.
Delivery times are between 8am and 6pm.

You will receive an email on the day of dispatch with tracking details so that you are able to track your order.

If for some reason you are unavailable on the day of your delivery, our couriers will attempt to leave your goods with a neighbour unless you specify otherwise. If your goods are left with a neighbour then a card will be put through your door with details of where your goods have been left.

If a neighbour is unavailable then your goods will be returned to the depot and will be ready for redelivery the following day. If your goods are returned to the depot then a card will be put through your door with details of who to contact to rearrange your delivery.

Please Note: If you are ordering multiple items, you will only be charged a shipping fee for one item. It will be the highest shipping fee and the goods will be sent by the method associated with that fee.
