This towel rail runs on an electric system and comes with a Standard element. The 304 stainless steel electric towel rails are made using a 304 grade of stainless steel. This is deemed to be the best grade of stainless steel to use for a heating product as it is the densest. This gives an improved heat output and a longer lifespan. This does however make the rails harder to manufacture, meaning more time has to be spent on producing them. The great advantage of an electric towel rail is that they do not rely on your central heating system - this helps if your central heating is not plumbed into your bathroom and saves you the trouble of trying to get it installed. The towel rail will be delivered fully sealed with 3 blank plugs and 1 bleed valve. Your electrician will simply flip the rail upside down, to remove the left/right underside blank plug (depending on which side you want the element) and screw the element into place.
