Fernox F1 Superconcentrate Central Heating Protector has been developed to give you long-term protection of your central heating against corrosion and the formation of limescale. It specifically protects metals such as copper, copper alloys, alumininium and ferrous (iron-based) metals.
As a result of the protection, F1 protector prevents boiler noise, stops more frequent venting of radiators, prevents pumps from sticking and most importantly, it extends the life of your central heating system. As a result of this, it reduces maintenance costs and increases your central heating's efficiency - reducing your fuel bills.
The F1 Protector comes as 290ml tube, which is easily added to your central heating through a radiator with a skeleton gun and a special radiator air vent adapter that comes with the tube. The whole process takes less than five minutes. It's recommended that you check the levels of protector in your system on a yearly basis using a Fernox Protector test kit.
