Telesales and Customer Experience Support

The purpose of the Telesales and Customer Experience Support role is to learn to professionally help people to buy.

The Role

We require a keen and eager person to support the Telesales and Customer Experience Executives.  You will have some experience in sales and will be looking for your new challenge.  You will learn to be more than just an order-taker, you will become a problem-solver, giving solutions to our customers' buying problems.

You must have a passion for talking to people on the phone and want to professionally help people to buy.   Above all, you must be a switched-on person willing to prove yourself by results.

If you believe a job is more than nine to five, would relish a challenging and exciting role working with a growing business with unlimited potential and have worked in a telephone sales office, we’d love to hear from you.

You need to be able to come in, learn our processes and systems and get going within two weeks. We will provide ongoing support and training to help you to become an awesome salesperson. Product knowledge is not necessary, but if you do have it, it could be an advantage.  More importantly, you need to be quick using a computer.
