External Oil Boilers
An external oil boiler sits outside the house in its own weatherproof casing, freeing up space in your kitchen or utility room and keeping the burner noise and flue outside. They're the popular choice for off-gas homes that heat with oil. We stock outdoor oil boilers from Grant, Worcester Bosch and Navien at trade prices.
Types of external oil boiler
- External oil combi boilers – such as the Grant Vortex Pro External 21kW and 36kW combis and the Worcester Bosch Greenstar Heatslave II External 18/25. Hot water on demand with no cylinder needed.
- External system and regular boilers – for homes with a hot water cylinder, including the system and regular versions of the Navien LCB700.
- Internal/external boilers – the Navien LCB700 range can be installed indoors or out, in combi, system and regular versions.

Our external oil boilers start from around £2,200, with most external oil combi boilers between £3,000 and £4,200 depending on output and brand. Oil boilers should be installed and commissioned by an OFTEC-registered engineer.
