Product Description
An Expansion Vessel is used to balance pressure in a sealed central heating system, as water cannot be compressed. Sometimes used by customers as an accumulator, an expansion vessel contains a bladder or diaphragm that is charged with air to a suitable pressure to help when demand for water is higher. This WRAS approved Horizontal expansion vessel is suitable for Potable water, comes with an interchangeable (replaceable) membrane for maintenance purposes and is fitted with a 1" size connection.
